I just discovered this new bead store in Birmingham.  It's called Jeweltones.  They've only been open for a couple of weeks of they got some of the most awesome beads. 
I actually live in Tuscaloosa and since Bama Beads closed my choices have been Michaels and Hobby Lobby  Embarrassed
I'm just really excited.  The owner really knows her stuff and was really nice.  Yet another crafty store to fuel my addiction  Cheesy  (ok, I just realized that this sounds a like one of informercials but I'm just so darned excited!)
If anyone's interested I can dig up her card and post her telephone number for ya'll.

is this store still around?  the only store i know of is all the way out in helena.  i would love to find a real bead store here!!!

Sorry Elliebelly.  She actually went out of business a couple of months ago.  It really sucks!  Apparently it was a bad location that lead to not enough sales.  She's relocated to Mobile.
