Swap name: Secret Santa Swap
Craftster member who is organizing this swap: Hubbyoed
Sign-up date range: November 2 - November 26
Date to send item by:
First send out: December 3
Second send out: December 10
Third send out: December 19
Letter send out: December 26

Limited to a certain number of people? (optional): No

Non-U.S. participants allowed? Yes

All ages allowed? Or 18+? All ages! :]

Organizer is aware of current list of "suspended traders" llist and will not allow those members to participate: YES

Organizer meets the 4 conditions for swapping and will make sure that every participant meets these conditions: YES

Details of swap:
Let's play Secret Santa craftster style! The idea of secret santa, for those of you who don't know, is to give someone a few gifts and then have a big party and confess who gave to who. Because we're on the internet, I figured we'd send confession letters instead. When I've played before, each gift is matched with a theme about something that person really likes. And you don't neccessarily have to celebrate christmas either, it's just a fun holiday season gift exchange!

First mail out (december fourth) - a small craft
Second mail out (december eleventh) - a store bought item from $5-$15
Third mail out (december eighteenth) - a large craft
Fourth mail out (december twenty-eighth) - a letter saying who you are & why you chose the gifts.

(all but the third swap should be able to go in envelopes so we won't all go broke with postage)

Tempting. What is considered a large craft and what is considered a small craft?

i'm thinking time & effort wise. For example: a little pouch or bookmark or simple stenciled something is a small craft. A big craft would be something you work harder & longer on, for example a really complex bag or something.
