I'd try Buttons & Beads Galore on High st in Prahran- a block east of Pets Wonderland. They have all sorts of chains and fasteners. Best of luck! Wink

Hi,

If you are a ebayer, you could also try there. And you never know, you might get yourself a bargain.

Do a keywords search, then save it into myebay, then if some supplies do come available, you will be informed.

this store is lush, and should have all the findings and beady goodness that you need:

The Bead Company of Victoria

336 Smith St
Collingwood, VIC 3066

I love the bead company, and I recently took a trip to Beads and Buttons Galore and was also impressed.  If, however, you don't live near any of those shops then a Bizzar Beads shop may be near you.  The staff tend to not be as nice or helpful as other stores, and they often give you broken beads in your lot, but you'll be able to find what you need.
