Credit cards as blank books?

I've been hoarding all those fake credit cards that keep coming in the mail for months now with nothing definite in mind to make from them.  I hadn't made any books in a while, so I figured, why not make teensy little notebooks?

aaaah! they're so cute! it's a great way to recycle too, everyone i know gets a billion of those every week. great idea.

That's a really clever way to use up those things! I find myself saving them for some odd reason... Now I have an idea of what to do with them!

You could also paint/alter/cover the cards themselves, I guess, but I like that you left them raw.

that's a great idea!  they could be used to record purchases made on your credit/debit card... super cute.  wishing I hadn't thrown them out now!

I would use them in my purse, but I already have a larger moleskine book in there (I'm a writer, too, so I tend to have lots of things to write when I'm out and about), so these are going on my Etsy shop for the time being.

those are cute!  When I saw the thread title, though, I was worried you were using real credit cards!  That would not be cute! :-)
