i've only gotten one of those cards in the mail ever, but i keep it in my wallet and people are like what the...ohhh.    but i suppose i could use expired/used giftcards as well.  and i love the jump ring idea, that would be pretty awesome. 

great idea, i might have to try this!

Oh I've got *stacks* of Sheraton key cards I can use that way! I save them every time we stay there (about every 3 months)
