Here is a hat I made for my boss. He's a little goofy and wanted his hat to be that way as well. He has a Jeep and wanted a hat so that his head wouldn't get cold while he is driving around. This is one of my first commissions and I have to say, I hope it gets easier after this! I had such trouble finding a patter/yarn/size that matched and fit!!! Here is a pic of my hubby modeling it. There are actually tassels on both sides of the top and there's a tie underneath. It's really a little too big, but I'm just going to see if he likes it. It's taken me FOREVER to finish!!

Funky - I like that electric green, and the tassels are cool!

That looks great!  You'll have to update after you show it to your boss, and let us know what he thought!

The cutie is my hubby. When he found out that I had posted a pic of him on here he asked if anyone thought he was hot  Roll Eyes heehee
Dreamweaver, I got instructions from some site...I don't remember where. I'll see if I can find it and let you know. I'll try to tell you though... Cut your lengths of yarn a little longer than 2 times how long you want your tassel to be. Fold it in half. Stick a big crochet hook through the fabric and pull your tassel strips through a little making a loop. Then pull your ends through this loop and pull tight. I know I didn't explain it as good as the website did...I should have bookmarked that!!!
