My husbad had just started his 2nd semester at the med school on Saba.. so I know what these essays mean.

I've got all the materials to start knitting... but I am waiting until the entire system is posted, so I can start and finish in a good go. And then "surprise" for one of the anatomy profs *lol*.

I've just started my small intestine and now I'm rearing to go!  Bring on the rest of the pattern!  (You know, at your leisure...good luck on those essays!)

First I want to say I love this project. 
Second I am almost finished with the stomach but I am not sure how much of the stomach I am supposed to weave together...
Do I weave together everything not on the stitch holder?

Do you think the esophagus to the tongue instructions on your website are good enough? I can't wait to finish this project. I teach in a medical school and a colleague begged me to make this for him. At first I thought he was crazy but it's been fun.

Here I am to help...I'm on to the pancreas.

Neztik...I wove all of the stomach together except for the 6 stitches on the stitch holder.  Don't know if that's right or not, but mine looks just fine.

Ckamin--I used the esophagus to tongue instructions from the web site and did just fine.  Any time I was a bit confused I referred to the pictures on-line and was able to figure it out.  I say go for it!!!!

Thanks for the help on the stomach.  I took your advice and it worked out just fine.

Maybe you can help me again.  I am starting the tounge, I wanted to make sure I read the instructions correctly. 

Is the tounge made in round from the back ending at the front tip?

I am almost done with the small intestines.  I love this project.  Thanks so much for posting your pattern.  It reminds me of a "Mr. Stuffy" my children saw at a museum once when they were young.  You unzipped him and took out his parts.  You can see him on the web.  http://www.stuffee.com/about.htm  A $10,000 doll!  (Or I mean learning tool)

Any chance that we're going to get the re-write of the pancreas, liver and gall bladder any time soon? I've been waiting so long to complete this project.
