crafty dame finally got the blanket i sent her *joy!*  she asked me to post pictures, so here they are:

she asked for leopard print fleece, but there was no leopard print fleece to be found in the city.  so i bought pink fleece and some silver and blue stretchy leopard furry stuff, and many hours of stitching, gluing, tying, and even a little panicing later, there was a blanket. i am sooo incredibly proud, and i'm even more thrilled that you like it crafty dame!

I got my package today from lasandri, and   I LOVE IT!!!  Grin
She made me some fabulously soft wrist warmers/fingerless gloves, and sent some great yarns too.  The multi-colored yarn is hand spun, and the dark purplish-blue one is a lovely soft cotton.  And, as if that weren't enough, she made me some stitch markers to help me when I venture into more complicated knitting.  I can't thank you enough lasandri, everything is perfect.  I wore the gloves all afternoon, and they kept me VERY warm.   Grin

The wristwarmer is very nice.  The yarns are so pretty.  Amazing stuff. Smiley

CraftyZary--I got a sneak peek of that scarf this morning when I was in the picture host--and I had to click on it to get a closer look.  I think I'm in love with it.  Nice work, Violet218--how'd you like to be my best friend?   Wink
