OKay, this is from a high school in Canada.  For our yearbook, we are doing a theme of shoes.  We have all kinds of inserts going in, and we are trying to find a company that sells shoelaces in mass quantity.  It's preffered to have a Canadian company, but we'll look at anything.  We want to include a shoelace as a bookmark, and therefore need half as many pairs as we have yearbooks.  Our school colours are red and white, so try to keep that in mind.  Any help with this would be great, and a quick response would be tremendous.

Thank you fellow crafters for reading this...

that is so much cooler than our yearbook themes.  if we even had themes...i can't remember.  when you near 3,000 students in 2 grades i guess you can't be too creative.

www.hottopic.com has lots of printed shoelaces, including several with red and white.  i can't figure out what company actually makes them, but i suppose you could always e-mail them and see what could be done about a mass order.

Thanks!  I'll look in to it.  We are a pretty small school, so budgeting for this kind of thing is a bit of a problem.  We are trying to put a bunch of inserts in, such as dance tickets, etc.  The shoelaces was my idea, just to tie it all together.  Pardon the pun, it was accidental.  If anyone else has any other ideas, please post!  Thanks much,

Rachel

Hello

I don't if the shipping would be expensive but the prices look really good to me Smiley

Dahrma trading company has plain white ones for pretty cheap.  They are kind of plain, and I do not think they are in canada, but they are great to work with.  I get stuff from them every now and then. http://www.dharmatrading.com/html/eng/3396-AA.shtml
Good luck with your books!!
