We have seen lots of "creative costumes" and "favorite costumes"...but now it's time to post your
COMPLETED 2005 Halloween costumes!

We already know Hot Topic & other stores have an array of pre-made costumes available, but we can see those on their websites, right?  So just post those costumes that your crafty genious put together for this year, 2005.

If you were inspired by another person's costume, or another thread, please give credit/link to the applicable thread. 

I have read lots of ideas for costumes this year & the time is approaching, so hopefully we can see how they all worked out in the end

This isnt all of my costume and I'm not quite finished with 'em but I made these yesterday. I've been inspired ever since I saw the GoodBye Scissors tut floating around here. (http://www.livejournal.com/community/goodbyescissors/51737.html#cutid1) Anywho I made my own:

 I posted this over at "Best Costume" but it is this year's costume.  I'm The Bowler from Mystery Men.  My friend made the bowling ball, complete with embedded skull!

I totally recognized the Bowler right away! Although mystery Men does happen to be one of my favorite movies.

This is what I have done on my costume at the moment.
   
Heh, I have newspaper pattern peices and my bodice fabric pretty much cut out for my Violet costume. I am planning on doing alot of work on it tonight. I have to have it done by Saturday at 7 pm, because I'm hosting a Halloween party.

well, it's my first dress ever. i'm going as princess peach (mario bros)  for the dress i made but so far i can't help but think that i'll look like little bo peep

but, in the second picture, it's just covering the other part, so i can take it off if i want to
the real question is: should i keep the layer my mom put on?
