Hi Everyone,
There have been quite a bit of sock talk on the board lately and coincidentally I just finished my first sock ever just a few minutes ago. So.......here it is!

Now, it just needs a mate!  Grin

It fits if I wear my clogs or my boots. The weather where I live is getting colder so I really need to get the second one done. Thanks for looking!  Cheesy

Pleko, congrats on a beautiful, perfect sock.  What yarn, pattern and size needles did you use?  I love the colors you chose.  Good luck on its mate.

Thanks everyone for the kind comments. Smiley
Bronxie, your sock is really nice. I like the colors. Is that self-striping yarn?
Sewer Rat, I used cascade 220 superwash wool. I don't know the colors but as you can see, it's just the dark gray and hot pink from the line. This sock was made on size 5 dpns with a free pattern from the sock class I took. The class helped me get started and turn the heel and then we were on our own with the directions for the gusset decreases and the toe.
