It just hit me, my other addiction than fiber arts is anime ... both of which seem hand-in-hand (my Guild actually has an anime-knitting group, don't ask).  Are there any other Inuyasha addicts out there who'd be interested in a swap?  Maybe focused on the "props" in the show?

...I have a friend who knit an Inuyasha hat...

My husband doesn't sleep well and watches this - so of course I started watching it too. Love the art work. This could be very cool.

I would definately be interested.  I always tell my bf that I want to get him a necklace like Inuyasha's so that I can put him in place when he's being cheeky.  "Sit boy!"  Grin

Osuwari!

That'd KICK.  Oooooh.  I wouldn't mind someone making me his haori, either.  K.  Is everyone okay with me posting this as an "official" swap in... oh, late November?  I still don't meet the reqs <sigh>.  So unfair.  Does anyone want to place any limitations or have this stick to a theme?  A theme would be kinda cool - like, if we only stuck to "props" in the show - like Inuyasha's rosary, or Kagome's shikon necklace, etc.  Or, maybe, recreating costumes?  Or Inuyasha couture?  I'm totally open.  I kinda like boundaries, though, so everyone knows what they're getting...

Mid Feb sounds great!  It will give me even more time to come up with ideas.  I'm a little worried that some of my ideas might be beyound my crafting ability.  ^_^  I can do some test runs first.

I'm sorta swamped with all the Knitting Olympics stuff...  But, I'll be free after Feb 26, I swear.

I'd like later.  I'm in a few swaps.  But if it were now, that'd be alright, if we could have like a three or four week crafting period.

Okay, guys, it's become clear to me that I am incapable of NOT swapping and I really really want to do this swap and I promised I'd organize one, didn't I?  I also just survived organizing my first swap in August - so who wants to do an Inuyasha swap still?  I'm starting sign-ups now and they'll go thru next week (at the very least), if that's okay with everyone.  The sendouts will likely still be in November as planned - I'm a big believer in month-long crafting time.

That be cool, then?
