i never used zigzag scissors before, and i bought a pair yesterday, so i was wondering if when i use it, the fabric won't frey?
i always used to stitch zigzag stitch on the edges so that it stops freying, and i have always hated doing this as it is time consuming, so is it ok if i only use the zigzag scissors without the stitching?

yes! pinking shears really help to stop fraying, and are an alternative to zigzag stitching the edges.

i covet your scissors. i always have to borrow my gramma's!
