I want to make a heavy black jacket for my guy friend, a bit like the ones in Black City (If anyones seen it...). This is kinda what I'm planning:

  • A buckle around the neck
  • 3 or so Buckles around the waist
  • Dark red/Maroon silk on the inside
  • Flares out when you walk

Those are the definates at the moment, but I'm not sure on the following:

  • Material: Either Leather, PVC, Dull Plasitc, or a thick, heavy, rich material.
  • Whether to buckle the arms, or button them. I think they should be definatly tight though.

If anyone knows of any patterns that might help, or have any awesome ideas to share. that would be great too!!

peep.
