Whaddaya know about devoré?  I just ordered fiber etch and some fabric from Dharma Trading.  Their instructions make it sound like it can be a little tricky.  Has anyone else tried this?

Here's the link to Dharma's devoré page, in case you have no idea what I'm talking about.

I've tried it a few times. It didnt seem that tricky to me but I did it at school so I am not sure which type of devore paste it was. I didnt use stretcher bars or anything, just simply painted or stenciled the paste on, allowed it to dry to a beige-ish colour and then rinse and wash.
I used it on poly-cotton jeans to create holes and on velvet to stencil patterns.
I dunno, the best way to learn is to just play with it in small amounts.
good luck
