The gears started turning today as I decided to organize a craft fair in Cincinnati.

If any of you ladies know where the David Shoe warehouse is (off of Central Parkway), I was thinking a place like that would be prime.

My friend's boyfriend lives there, and they hold music and art shows all the time, so I doubt it would take much convincing to aquire the location.

I've never done anything like this before and don't know how it goes.

So any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

What do you Ohioans think?!

I think it's an awesome idea. When do you want to have it?

I'm not sure. Sometime this summer, I guess?

Sounds interesting.  Keep me posted on whether you can get that space and when you might have it.

I'm in C-bus, but would be interested in helping launch another Ohio craft show.  Let me know if you get a location and need help organizing!

I am out of town until August 17th, so I am definitely biased on wanting it to happen when I get back.  I also know a couple of ladies who are out of town for the summer because of school but would definitely be interested in it once their back in town, although I don't know if you want to put it off for that long.

Then he asked,"Lord, what about when there was one set of footprints on one side and also a straight line with bootprints on one side and small round circles on the other?" The Lord replied, "Those were when I carried you, and we were joined by a pirate pushing a wheelbarrow."

Hey, I just signed up for this site and found your thread.  I live in Cincy and make purses, I would certainly be interested in a craft show.  did it already happen, and if so when is the next one?

Well here's another chance:

http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=83109.0

I'm organizing a craft fair swap thing at my Starbucks.  I'd love to make a few bucks that evening off my craft, but I'm halfway expecting it to end up being a Cincinnati coffe and craft party.  It's pretty loosely formed right now because I don't know what kind of participation I'm going to get, so post some suggestions if you have them.
