This was made for a river cruise at school and i love it, needs to be worn with the peticote cause the tule rubs but its original and poofy!

I made heaps of skirts with tulle under them ((i'm a netting-whore)) and i find if you just add a layer of fabric between your legs and the tulle it helps and doesn't add much to the bulk or anyuthing.... i mean, like insterad of having to wear a peticoat with it all the time, just attatche a petticoat to it...

No it makes perfect sense but i love peticoats even if they are stupid and dated the skirt is a little bulky and so i can wear the peticoat before or after i wear it while around the house, and the perticoat is cute enough to wear alone if i wanted. Love your icon by the way.
