I knitted up this baby sweater from my favorite pattern (from Lane Borgesia's Oh baby, baby II - the M&M cardigan, with different yarn) -the baby was due Monday, but I haven't heard anything yet....
(It isn't all rumpled like that in real life, just careless picture taking...)

has anyone come across a baby sweater that is knit in the round?  i'm all about less finishing and all of the sweater patterns i've seen knit straight.

my bro and his wife had a baby last week.  i've already made them a blanket but some other baby-like yarn was donated to me.

hmm, I think my mom has a pattern where the body is knit as one piece  - it's a cardigan, so it isn't in the round, per se.  It's a watermelon pattern.  I'll see if I can get a copy for you.
