sorry to bother, but i need help making a dress similar to belle from the beauty and the beast movie. i tried looking for a pattern but they discontinued them for adult. and i have lots of tulle fabric and i wanna use that. so i was wondering could someone send me a tutorial for a puffed out long tulle skirt and a corset. i tried looking else where but that didn't help. Please and thank you

there are lots of tutortials for turing tshirts into the type of top the dress hass

http://ohmystars.net/craft/index.htm

check the "off the shoulder halter in the tutorial section....

as far as the bottom portion...i would use tulle underneath, but for the top and botton if you wanting like a full on belle i would use a yellow satin....

oh check this out

however i could visualize  a really awesome punkish version of belle with a shorter skirt of yellow tulle and an altered yellow tshirt.... damnit now ive gotta eventually make it

but this is the wrong section to ask that... just so you know  it should be in the discusstion section i think
