hehe, it isnt finished but i need some advice.  (it has a lid that i am going to attach with hinges)

here it is...




 
probblem is i dont really like the ribbon handle but i cant think of what else to use. Maybe if i found a really cool ribbon...  i thought of crocheting a hangle, but no. geting one of those wooden handles, but how to attach it?
any ideas?

you could always use like i tiny bit of ribbon were the straps would be and use them as er...slot things for a sturdy solid handle like some cane or coloured tubing

there are! they are small gaps but there are a lot of them!

What kind of glue did you use?
your favorite and mine, HOT GLUE! (maybe it's not your fav, i dont know, lol) i tend not to have patience for glues that take a long time to dry. lol. too many things can happen that might move things out of place.
