well, i started over and made significant good progress...and ran out of yarn.  i ended up with a beautiful yarmukle.

i pulled it out and decided to say fuck it.

i'll try again later when i'm not feeling so much pressure.

I make my portrait patterns using PC Stitch.

   And let me know if you would  like for me to send you the pattern for it. It was super easy to make and didnt take too long. I,ve been making them like crazy.

If you can make a chain, sl st, sc, and dc...it will be easy to make. Those are the stitches required. And its almost like a 'no-brainer' on fit because its stretchy.
