I've got some pics of what I'm swapping:

This goes as one bundle: Knitter's Winter 2002, Crochet! November 2003, and three pamphlets, Bernat Sophisticates, Coats and Clarks Hers, and Coats and Clarks Classic sweaters.

A pattern from Knitters:

I'm joining, and this is what I'll be contributing: Double Knits by Zoe Mellor.

I may be able to add more - I'll have to go through my  magazine stash and see.
Just wondering, what happens if there are flakers?  Would there be swap angels?

Oh, wait a minute.   Sad  Can I join with listing just 1 book?  I may have others to trade, but am not sure - just want to get signed up before the deadline.

The sign-up rules say:

Quote
Each participant will submit via PM the titles of three (3) of books they are willing to swap (for swap purposes, three magazines = one book).

... but another post says:

Quote
in order to keep things simple (and limit postage costs), three is a good maximum.  So, list 3, get 3, send 3.  Or, list 1, get 1, send 1.

... so now I don't know if I can sign up or not.

Yes, submitting one book is fine.

I will be a swap angel... but if we have lots of flakers, I may need reinforcement.

Do Rowan magazines that support a specific yarn count as a magazine or a book? For example: Rowan Summer Tweed Collection... it should be a book, right?

Also, does knitting literature like the Yarn Harlot book count as a book, or does it have to be patterns?

I'm interested in signing up either way Wink

Someone else has submitted Rowan Big Wool Thirteen Designs by Kim Hargreaves which is sort of techinically a magazine but, since it originally cost $13, we're counting it as a book.  So, if your Rowan submission is more valuable than your average knitting magazine, we'll call it a book.

I think Yarn Harlot will be fine as well.

Yay!  I have both Harlot books, but I love books of knitting stories!
