I made this from the Simple Crochet Beret pattern by Barbara Summers.  It is really easy and works up pretty quick.  I used Malabrigo yarn--Malambo.  My first wearable garment! Grin Grin Grin

I love it, the stitching looks great! I often find that when you experiment with Crochet, just to see what you get, it's when you make the best stuff. Lol
