Hiya all!

Personally, I LOVE polka dots and skirts, they are just too cute!

With this skirt --> I had to sew together panel after panel of polkadots and plain soft-linen kinda material together and then pleat them...then I ironed like nobody's business  Grin
It fastens with two small hooks and a few push-buttons  Wink



Added Tutorial! Sorry I have crappy paint skills (photoshop was being a biatch)

for the waistband you should probably double it if your fabric is extra light like the kind I used.

For the SKIRT PART
I usually make a mock-up in paper so this is the mini-version of that!

Something about your fabric choices just makes me all jolly. The pink and white polka dots with the green is a killer combination. Absolutely adorable.
