Swap name:Victorian Inspired Swap
Craftster member who is organizing this swap:Girlwonder
Sign-up date range:Oct.15-Nov.14
Date to send item by:Dec.7

Limited to a certain number of people? (optional):nope-the more the merrier

Non-U.S. participants allowed?yes

All ages allowed? Or 18+?all-ages!

Organizer is aware of current list of "suspended traders"
list and will not allow those members to participate: YES

Organizer meets the 4 conditions for swapping and will make sure that every participant meets these conditions: YES

Details of swap:
This Swap is for anything Victorian Inspired or related. This can be a literal translation or not. Think about how much fashions this season are inspired by victorian times! high necklines, lace, rich colors...etc. This can be interpreted so many different ways so be specific about what you are interested in and I will try my hardest to match people up with someone who is in the same mindspace as them. Ideas could include jewelry, clothing, papercrafts, artwork, hats, decoupaged boxes...etc...there's so many places you can go with this.
I've decided to keep this swap to a minimum. The craft requirement is for one large/time consuming item and one small/less time consuimg item. I'm also making the craft time a but longer so that we all don't get overwhelmed trying to craft during the holidays!

I'll try to send out early for my first swap so I'll hopefully get positive feedback in time to sign up for this.  Smiley

This looks awesome -- I costumed The Importance of Being Earnest in september, and have been on a Victorian kick ever since! I'm planning to be a victorian faery for halloween, so I might be too busy doing that to participate, but I"ll definately sign up if I finish it in good time!!

I am so upset that my jury is right around the send date,... otherwise I'd be in this in a heartbeat.  I can't wait until pics are posted of the results.

andi_sunrider-you wouldn't get your partner until Nov 15 so you would be well done with halloween costuming by then! Halloween will be over! We'd LOVE to see you sign up...the more the merrier right?
