Hello!
I have some favorite shoes which, because of after-baby foot ligaments relaxing, are now too short for my feet. They are fabric summer shoes on which the toe and heel fabric is separate-no fabric along the sides of the foot. What I'm wondering is, is it possible for a shoe repair shop to re-make the shoes on a longer sole?
I'm nervous about trying this myself-I do have Mary Wales Loomis' book on making your own shoes.
anyone have experience with a shoe shop doing this for them...and was it worth the cost?
