Don't we all?  he he he

All in all, lots of lovely work came out of this swap.  A bit sad there were a number of flakers.  Yet, many many particpants came throught with wonderful packages.  I really enjoyed everything Aschneble sent me.

Here we go! I found the pictures I took ages ago!

I got a great wall hanging from GraceOblivious--she used a different needle felting technique which used a machine with a special needle attatchment.  The heart is cashmere.  I am not explaining this technique very well... I am sure you can do better G.O.!

It's hanging in my dining area right now, which also often doubles as my craft area.  It makes it feel very homey, and is just perfect for the season!

Thank you!  I am so glad I finally got to show off your work!!!

Thanks Aschnebly, you did fine with the description.  The wall hanging  was the test piece to see if it was possible to imbed the fibers from one wool fabric into another and if yarn coud be needled in a "cardiac rythm" pattern into a background fabric.  It could!   For those who might want to see where the went,  I took that test one step further and created this tyrptic; trying to show stages of feelings after a horrific/traumatic event.   The show is called "Issues of the Heart - Mindful of the Soul"

Ooh, GraceOblivious, those are just gorgeous. I just want to reach through the screen and touch them! I also like how you incorporated the branch Smiley
