GirlWonder - Phew!  I am glad you liked what I sent!  I won't go into how much I stressed about making the scarf/shawl thing Tongue  I'm just relieved you are getting good use of of it!  I have photographs of both - would you like me to post them?

Oohhhhh Phoooey!  I had posted a long message with lots o' pictures of what I recieved from GraceOblivious but the Craftster meltdown erased it... !  Let me repost it... Luckily I wrote it on my "stickies" after my computer locked up the first time I wrote it out!---

Once again I am a very very happy Craftster!  I got the most fabulous package from GraceOblivious with tons of goodies in it!  I apoligize in advance that there are so many pictures, but there was just so much stuff!

First off as my stress relief craft, I got a gorgeous sachet with dried homegrown clover in it.  Throughout the swap we've found one of the things we have in common is our love of rural life (although I live in Las Vegas now, I grew up on a farm).  We had wild clover growing growing all over on the property.  The smell reminds me of the stressfree days and quiet nights that don't often come here in the city!

It's on display with some of my holiday decor right now, but I think I will have to move it a little higher, because my kitties have taken a liking to it.

GraceOblivious also tapped in to my love for fabric!  I got great scraps, including an awesome faux fur!  My pictures turned out a little dark Sad but I think my favorite is the blue and cream with the seashells!

As I explored my package more I found more craft goodies!  Buttons and a cow hole punch to name some of them, and they were all packaged in a beautifully decorated envelope!

Last but not least... I got ROVING!!!  I will soon be a felter!  I have been dying to be able to try out some of GraceOblivious's awesome tutorials on here, and hope to be apart of the wooly soap feltalong.  I also got a felting needle to poke around with (on felt only, of course).  Boy those things are sharp!   Now for some gratuitous roving pictures...

I think I got everything, although I might have left something out (I had it all typed up and then I locked up, argh!) So I hope I didn't miss anything!

Oh wait, just to make you guys more jealous, I thought I would post a smug little action shot of me in my needle felted hat from the last send out... tee hee Wink

my apologies for taking so long to post the lovely things that seaofstars sent for the last send out. i'm bad example. but here they are, finally. craftster is acting slow on my end so i hope we don't have another crash.

she sent me a beautiful wallet made from the most gorgeous shades of green, pink, and brown wool felt. the leaf button and white snap are nice touches.

and the inside

and 3 pairs of lovely earrings. the black and red pair is my favorite, of course i'm wearing them as i type this.

thanks seaofstars! i love everything!

the lovely stuff i got from roxylu

Aww, aww--especially like the gekko's on the bag front - they look as though they are moving; plus great coordination with the lining.  The simple almost formal look outside then such a great splash of joyful color on inside.  Pretty earrings and necklace, too.  Have smudges on the computer screen from trying to sniff the soap scent!  Beautiful work in send 2, Yeah!!!!! Roxylu!!!!!!!!!   Lucky Stargirl

Wool felt is so lovely in hand, look and works up sooooo beautifully, you really make this fabric sing, SeaofStars!  The scalloped flap is wonderful-the pink stripe with leaf is awesome.  Fab earrings too.

Ohhh the kittie grabbing the clover scented Home dec thing is soooooo cute.  I did not think about it being almost as good as catnip.  Now am thinking clover bud stuffed cat toys for Christmas presents- whee ha.  These swaps always get me thinking and working beyond my usual.  Hurrah!

Also, Thanks so much aschnebly, your enthusiam and glorious pics make the stuff sent look so good!  And the pic of you in the hat....... you are soooooooo beautiful, am so pleased at how well the brim  brings focus on your face.  You glow!
