My husband wants to be the creepy wooden-plastic face Burger King.  We could make/come up with the king outfit, but are looking for help in making or finding the mask.  Any thoughts?

this is a time for PAPER MACHE!!!
i'm no good at it but assuming you are more talented than me, and considering my paper mache skills oyu probably are, i think that might work out nicely.

I'm going as the Burger King guy this year too- most of the masks are really hard to make or expensive to buy- so if you want to cheap out you can always go to BKMasks.com and get one thats premade.

Burger King started selling the King masks for 9$ on their site. With the option of being delivered by halloween. Rockin, am I right? I'll see if I can find the link.

muahahaha.

Party city sells a fantastic french king guy costume for 45$, and it's pretty much identical.

Wow!  That looks really good (or should I say creepy?)  Great work.  I knew there would be some crafty way of making a realistic mask.  Did you do anything to seal it?
