By all means copy all you want!  I can tell you exactly how I did it though. 

1. sew yarn onto a piece of water soluble stabalizer.  I did it in a grid pattern.
2. put one tulle piece under it.
3. add random fibers and other things that you can sew through (if you use the leaves try to cut off most of the plastic bit that holds it to the wire.) 
4. quilt it all together.  You can do random all over quilting or stick to a grid.
5. sew the whole thing onto your purse fabric.

Okay that's about it.  If you need something more detailed let me know... I'll be happy to make another one! LOL

Awe yeay! I'm so glad you like it! I was concerned at first that you might not have. I'm so lucky to have found that fabric on sale! :-D It was supposed to be longer width-wise, but I figured that was the perfect length. I thought if it was any wider, it'd look off balance.

And I still carry your bag around with me everywhere! It's sooo much better than carrying plastic bags around and every nosey person asking "what's that?" Now it's like "Cool bag! I really like it" And I get to say "My friend made it for me, it's awesome! It's supposed to represent a foggy night" and they say "Oh wow, cool"
