Grilled peanut butter and pickles.  My dad and I would eat these every Sunday while watching football.  Soooooo good.

Spread butter on one side of 2 pieces of bread like a grilled cheese (mine was always minimal, because I hated butter or margarine or anything that tastes like butter up until a year or so ago, and now I still only like it with garlic), spread peanut butter on the other sides.  Place hamburger dill pickle slices (bread and butter pickle slices are good, too) on one half and top with other piece of peanut buttery-goodness bread.  Grill like a grilled cheese and you've got yourself the oddest, tastiest sandwich ever.

That sounds very interesting and tops my dads favorite raw onion and mustard sandwiches!

I love peanut butter, jelly and lays potato chip sammies on wonder bread.  Good PMS stuff. Grin

okee doke umm you gotta have white wonder bread and you gotta put miracle whip on one piece and yellow mustard on the other piece and then you put wunderbar bologna on the one with the mustard and land o'lakes white american cheese on the one with miracle whip and then you have to put a bunch of non-ridged chips in the middle and put it together and smush it so it fits in your mouth. it's good...very good.

I was just reading Thomas Keller(most amazing chef I love!)'s recipe for a BLT, as featured in Spanglish. It looks to die for! I totally want to try it!

mmmmm... bagels are so good.

one of my favorites is scrambled egg with american cheese on sourdough with dab of ranch dressing on the bread.

i also *love* tomato, lettuce, pepperjack, avacado and alphalfa sprouts on a nice ciabatta roll.

damn, i'm hungry.

I made myself a big ol' wheat pita stuffed with hummus, roast beef, feta cheese and shredded lettuce for lunch today. I just ate breakfast but I'm already excited for lunch!! It's sitting up in the employee fridge tempting me right now.   Cheesy
