I've heard from a mod who said that she would check into what's happened to those who are missing and find someone to take over if Whiskey can't finish it.  I still haven't heard personally from Whiskey or kjtalula.  I'm kinda thinking I've been flaked on...but one can hope for the best.

Well Whiskey is on AIM and her away message has been up for days as far as I can tell. I did see her not away yesterday, but I was busy and didn't try to contact her.

It doesn't seem like she was going to flake out.. but I'm hoping she gets back to us soon. I'm sad i really didn't get a picture of what I sent her...

Okay, I've e-mailed whitney, I've IMed her, and I still havent' heard anything from her. Has a mod got back to anyone yet?

I heard back that once but I haven't heard back again.  The mod said that she would have to IM every one to see who's sent and recieved and ask who would be willing to take over if Whiskey couldn't be located.  Since then I went through the thread and gathered that information that was posted so we could see where everyone is at...at least those that had posted info anyways.  I've been thinking I should check in again with the mod and see if she's found anything out herself.  I've still not heard anything from kjtalula either...although I did notice she has been on the site since we've been contemplating the disappearances.  She didn't respond to my PM or to this thread so I'm pretty sure I've been flaked on.  We might need to look into swap angels since it appears that there are three people who sent but have not recieved from their partners.  It's a aweful shame too that you didn't get a chance to get pictures of your stuff, Daiconharuko.  I guess we can still hope that these people might contact us....but even my optimism is getting a bit stretched.

i really hope that this doesn't dampen anyone else's spirits towards a round 3 since i didn't get to participate in this one...

I sent out messages to everyone that was in the swap and I've heard back from about half so far.  We can still hope that Whiskey will return, but for now I've updated the send/recieve list based on the messages I've recieved.
