I know, that are two variant on 1 skirt.

I like short skirt and love lace.



I made this about 2 hour and I must say, that is pretty simple.

Hi, puffy is the simple. You have yoke of skirt and two stripes of material whitch you stich by your hand and draw it (full). Full stripes of material you sew on yoke and draw (full) bottom. Here you sew 2nd full stripes. On the unit this two stripes you stitching lace.
Lace is also on down part.
