Ooh I like it in varigated yarn! This was one of my favorite projects to make out of the book so far.

Hooray for this hat! I am working on my first, and it's my first time to knit in the round. I am cautiously optimistic--it's going well so far! I am working in a variagated Baby Chenielle--pretty cute so far.

Now, here's the odd question of the day: when he saw me working on this hat, my 57 year old dad asked if I could make him one. Has anyone tried this for adults? Were they mocked openly for wearing it? How would you change the decreases?

It's finished! And on a baby's head!! The yarn is Yarn Bee Baby Chenielle. Very inexpensive and good for a prototype.
