Cool stuff bobolink Smiley
And don't worry about the photos, fix it when you can, and if it turns out you can't you can let me know... but right now... well as I said on the main thread, my computer broke down.. bought a new computer for about $1300, and only used it for three days before the power supply burned. I'm gonna return it on the warranty, but it'll take a while before I'm back on track... so I have no access to my photos. I'm surfing from the 200MHz server now, and it's really slow and doesn't like me.

I love those magnets, where did you find the old dodge adds.  My uncle is a dodge freak and would flip over something like that.

the angel items have been pouring in and i haven't had a chance to update with photos. so here goes.

our dear organizer sent a felt penguin magnet and a batman patch. both CUTE and to his liking. thanks Lv2ScrpBk!

next he got a package from eowynm. she knew an inked for The Batman and had him sign 2 copies. a great addition to his comic collection. she also made 2 shirts. a family guy one with stewie and a batman one. both were a hit! thanks supergirl!

the man tote was made by Lethargic out of different batman comics. he was enthralled by this one, and kept looking closely at all the pieces. you did a great job!

thank you angels! you all made him very happy for me Wink

SO Bobolink asked me to post pictures of what I made ages ago because she couldn't take any, but I never got around to it. Bad me Roll Eyes
But now my computer is finally up and running, and I have fixed pictures worthy of uploading XD

It's a bit of a .. spree.. though. Since I only really took them for personal reference. Roll Eyes

So firstly, I sent a bunch of chocolate Smiley

Because everyone needs chocolate...

And I sent some various

i.e. a "pokerbox", featuring a pinup "joker" girl on the top.
The red blob to the right of that is a "big" ipod cozy, with an embroidered bear paw. It's made to be big enough to fit with an ipod covered with a protective "shell".
The G is a packers magnet, and the last item is a pinup bookmark. (a postcard cutout)

I also bought a bunch of different picks because bobolink said he's learning to play the guitar. I painted the lower three with:
a white skull, a gold phish-logo ('cause he's into phish) though neither the gold or the logo shows on the pic.. and a packers pick XD

Then I made a cd-holder for his car... with velcro closing.

And a t-shirt (yes, I DID jump on the bandwagon for that one... though I didn't know I was being so unoriginal Tongue )

I also felt that the first ipod cozy wasn't up to beat, so I made another one, from stretch denim, lined with red fleece, and embroidered a barbed wire note on it, with solar active thread (should change to green in sunlight, though it was too cloudy here for it to show on camera..)

I added a window to that cozy, so it would be usable without taking the ipod out!

And it has a button (see first pic and third pic) so it will keep closed even when gaining access to the ipod panel...

Lastly I added some stitch markers for bobolink because she's been such a great swap partner Smiley

(my floor LOOKS dirty on that pic, but I swear it's just been damaged by too many rides from the black wheels on my chair)

Soo... that's it Roll Eyes

I'm so glad you were able to post pics! I've been feeling so badly about not showing off your amazing stuff. It's just with the holidays and the fact that we're long distance I've only been there about twice since he got his package and I forgot my camera each time.
Didn't she totally spoil us! I'm going to have him wear that shirt next time he comes to see me so I can get an "action shot". Oh and I've eaten a lot of that chocolate myself.. I have to admit. I love the stitch markers too, I've used them a lot.
Thanks again Melladh and I'm so happy you were able to post pics for us.. seriously everything becomes 10 times harder when boys are involved  Tongue

I totally understand Wink I had a long distance relationship once, and I must say we wouldn't have felt very inspired for photoshoots when we finally got together after the long times apart, hehe (not saying that's your reason, just being.. communicative.. too sleepy o_O )

Hey guys, just thought I'd post a picture of what I sent sporx for an "angel" item, because I finally got around to transferring the photos from the camera... Tongue

It's a dodge clock (duh) and according to a site I found, they should be model 1 to 12 of dodge darts. I can't remember the year range, but I know there's like a stop between yearmodel 10 and 11 or something, for two or three years when they made dodge demon instead Huh I know nothing about cars.
