peachsorbet : here's a little diagram. you start in the middle of the back and work sideways towards the arms. you get a rectangle with a corner taken off (for the sleeve). then attach the yarn to the starting chain and do a mirror image on the other side.. and that becomes the back piece. the front is a bit different cuz of the granny squares but its the same basics. i hope that helps a bit.

Hi, Love your sweater, good job!
Can you tell me who else made this sweater. I'm thinking of making it for myself and feel I need all the help I can get. Would also like to see as some more of this pattern made up.
Cheers,
Jessica.

She has a picture up on her site:  http://geocities.com/thelibrarian18/photopage2.html

I remember seeing it, too, and thinking "Well, changing the colors changes everything, doesn't it?"

Wow, what a great sweater, it looks really cool.
And... (if you don't mind me asking!) are you wearing used-to-be too-small jeans with fabric inserted in the side-seams?  They look great!

Thanx for your quick response. Your sweater is the best. You will be hearing from me when I start to make mine - lol.
Cheers,
Jessica.
