Well, since the Green Bag Swap I've been making one more purse, for my best friend's birthday and finally ended it!  Grin

It's kind of a mix between Tinafish's hobo-bag tutorial and Terhen's tutorial for the slouchy hobo-bag too, so THANKS to them!  Roll Eyes

here are 2 details:

this is the aplique I embroidered just for her..!  Roll Eyes  It isn't exactly rouuuuunnnndd, but it isn't as "badly cut" as it looks in the pic...  Undecided

Sure hope she likes it!  Smiley

that is really cute!! i really like the wooden rings and the "friends" embroidery.  i like how it's not perfect it goes with the whole "look" of the bag if you know what i mean.   Wink  i'm sure you're friend will LOVE it!!!  Grin

ehehheh I hope she'll think the same..!  Roll Eyes  I gave it a really hard work trying to make it as perfect as I could, but the fabric kinda streaches while going through the sewing machine...  Undecided
Anyways, I though the same as U but I'm sure U understand the AnXiEtY of giving my first (this much elaborated and a purse) crafted gift...  Wink

And thank U too dia   Wink

I would love it if my best friend made me a purse like that! Terrific!

I really like the way you attached the handles!  Cute!!!

And hoping for an early death you swam so far you lost your breath, and struggling in the ebb and flow I took your hand, but you let go...
And now the ocean fills your lungs, and now you've got what you had come for, resting peaceful as you sink to drown under a sea of strangers.
