OK, so I have seen some craftsters do some seriously amazing things to customize clothing on these boards and I think that it's time to do some swapping of these embellished clothing items. So here's the idea: Everyone who signs up will pick a piece of clothing to send to their partner to have embellished: it could be jeans, a skirt, a denim jacket, a t-shirt, whatever tickles your fancy. After everyone receives the clothing that they will be customizing, I'm thinking 4 weeks before the send-back date. There are loads of options for customization: embroidery, fabric paint, patches, applique... any other ideas?

These are all the questions I can think of, does anyone have any additions?? In my experience, the best and happiest ending swaps are the ones where partners communicate about what they want and what they would really like to receive so please TALK to one another! Also, I'm pretty flexible on these dates so if you all have suggestions about different dates, let me know. This is my first time organizing a swap so I'm probably going to have several pm check-in points along the way to help minimize on the flaking.
