Anyway, I don't know of any free vintage sewing patterns, but knitting and crocheting patterns can be found here

I don't know how good your sewing skills are, but this site is amazing for vintage sewing...http://www.vintagesewing.info/index.html.  They have uploaded entire vintage sewing books, and a lot of them have info in them on how to create the patterns to your measurements, and sew the garments authentically. It's pretty damn cool!
