Yes I did. The raw chicken, ground meat, "styrofoam packaging", steak beads, and lamb chops are made from polymer clay baked solid. The ribeye steak soap is an image of a steak, and the box, well that's a doctored graphic w/ a lot of whole lot of packing tape on top of it.

I'm getting upset Sad  I sent my package out Friday... priority mail, and all the tracking says is "accepted LAS VEGAS, NV."  Which is infact where I live... and no where near where EmilyFlew lives.  I hope it gets there today!

One thing I've learned about a DC number is that they often don't mean anything. The package I sent to norsgoebel was never scanned at all, even at the post office from which I sent it! I sent out another package for a different swap on Monday, and its number hasn't been scanned yet either.  Undecided

I'll bet EmilyFlew gets her package before they ever update the PO site. I wouldn't worry about it!

Fingers crossed....

The DC number thing pisses me off, mine hardly ever get scanned.  I've complained to my post office, the USPS web site and even sent a letter to the post master but never got any response from anyone...

Ooooo, it just burns me up. The thing I hate the most is that the DC number is the only "proof" you have of mailing. If your package gets lost in the mail, you end up looking like a flaker. I am always worried that after I give an organizer my DC number, they will check it on the PO site and there will be no record. Then it looks like I'm a liar and possibly a flaker! Luckily, none of my packages has ever been lost in the mail.

Hey, don't worry. That's what it says when they scan it in when you send it out.. like accepted by your post office to send out. It will probably only get updated again after it's delivered.
I know this cause I neurotically check my DC's on my  sent items Smiley
