I also adore that skirt. I wish I could try to make a circle skirt and have it become a happy accident like that. What is the fabric?

Go girl, very nice all of it.  I am with Random Marble, please tell how you did the skirt, that is my favorite, but then again I really like the painted designs and the tops too, hmm.
