for the last shirt is that ruffleyness lace or is it the fabric? does that question even make sense?

oh yeah one question about  the skirt it was supposed to be a circle but it came out shorter on the sides, how come? if you spread it open it's a complete circle.

I'm probably wrong since I don't sew at all (want to learn though), but maybe the waistband is a little of center? That would explain the fact that it is a complete circle when you spread it open. That would be the only thing that I can think of.

I think the hole you made in the skirt may not have been a circle, more of an oval (which in a way makes more sense anyway as not many people are circular). It looks really cool.
