Just have to add my opinion here...lol...I love things made out of colorful/interesting packaging but even I never thought of RAMEN NOODLES!!!  My kids love them :S  But what i thought was so smart was adding the black lace.  It really took it up a notch..well actually more than one notch:D  You've got flair moonunit, you truely do  (Y)

Hi What a great idea, all these purses. !!   I'm going to attempt to make one from playing cards as we have a young girl (15) that plays canasta with us "older people". My question is :  I wonder if you could make this work using a lamenate.? You know that plastic like stuff they put on your driving licenses.
If anyone has tried this please let me know. and Thanks,

I think the closest mainstresm UK equivalent of the Ramen is the horror that is Potnoodle.

Scandalous. I live on Pot Noodles.

The chow mein flavour is particularly delightful for breakfast - I kid you not!

I can see one possible problem with this--you can't really fold that kind of tough laminate. I had trouble with the playing card purse that I made using this method because it was hard to crease the sides.
