i would be. in in cinci though. the cinci group here restricts membership by age (no oldies like me!) i have some crafty friends down in grant county that would be interested if it wasn't too far to drive.

Thats Excellent! I don't believe in an age restriction. All are welcome. I know a crafter from Grant co. and we meet half way(semi) in Florence. Cincy could also be involved. I would love to start a craft mafia or COC. Are you living in cincy? How far away?

I would be interested. I'm just back in the area from college, and none of my friends up here understand the crafty obsession. Besides, we need a craft mafia!

I've been looking for some craft groups.  I live in Louisville.  The stitch n' bitch here is okay but I don't really fit in well.  I was the youngest there.

I would love to join an any craft goes kinda group, but I have a problem w/ the official Craft Mafia. They require you to have an independently owned website, not like yahoo or anything (which you pay for yourself) and they require you to pay them $250 every June for dues. Now, I guess if you are selling that might not be so bad because there is some promotion on their part (they link to your prev. mentioned website) but thats money I would rather put towards new craft supplies. Never the less, if someone gets any kind of group going I would check it out because I would like to join one.
