We're setting up a DDR room (hooking up the PS2 to a projector) for all the geeks that are attending our wedding that aren't that into conventional dancing (myself and fiancee included).

i don't know what you're budget is like or if you could maybe get someone you know to do it, but i've been at weddings where they hired someone to do henna tattoos for the guests. my friend had a fortune teller at her wedding for a couple hours. there are a ton of options for entertainment if you want to use the money you would have spent on a band or dj and insurance.
