starting a new swap

so there's a new swap idea board, where you have new ideas, and there's a board for active swaps where sign ups have closed... I know there was talk of wanting a board with swaps where sign ups are still open, but that's obviously non existant... I've looked all over the place to try and figure out where you start new swaps, but it appears that they start with signups already closed? Do you start sign-ups in the thread of the new idea?

The boards you're seeing are actually child board within the "craft swaps" board linked to above. It is in this main board where all the open swaps are.
