Wow, haven't posted in ages.

Well here's my newest work, it's an art project I did for my 2D painting assessment. Took me a whole 6.5 hours to sew the furisode...yeah, a looong time, but that's cause I had to figure out how to work the machine, this is pretty much my first time sewing lol. No pattern, just some basic idea of how to cut it using a doll making site.

You probably noticed the kanzashi used is the same one I posted earlier on ^^

Not exactly my best, but I was kinda...umm cramming it lol, I pretty much painted the whole thing, save the maiko, overnight and on the day it way due ^^; yes, silly me. Ok now let's see if I can get some pics on!

I thik it is awesome!!! I love the way you combined the flowers and stuff along with the painting.  What a great idea to do it in that shape.  Love it

craftsbian - Thank you! The idea of the shape came from my obsession with furisodes ^^

littleblue - yes, definitely alot of work, I nearly cryed when I had a little mishap with the wind and wet paint -_-; . Thank you for your feedback!
