It takes a long time to explain and you really need the visuals. Go to http://www.lissaexplains.com and go thru the html help section. It has button makers on there and link stuff. Good luck !

It might even be helpful if you were to get a web design program to help you. That would ease the hardness of fooling with the html for you. A program like Dreamweaver is a good one to try.

lovelyscrubs- here is the html code for a thumbnail that takes you to larger pics and a description page. The .html is the page and the img src is the picture. There are different ways of making buttons. Mine are forms. If you get a cart, your buttons may have to be tied to the cart program, so you may want to get the cart set up before you make all the button code. You can get an idea of what other sites use by checking the view source on your browsser. Look up top where it says view. Under that will be source. It will usually show you the code for webpages. You can learn a lot that way, but don't ake other people's whole designs, because they are copyrighted. Check out the button makers on Lissa Explains or other html sites. for lots more stuff.

lovelyscrubs- I guess the general opinion is that it is very important for buyer confidence and trust in you and your product and also your name recognition - like your business name or brand.

That said, I don't have it right now because I can't afford it. So I guess you can just go on without it until you can do it, or if you want to just get it out of the way, there are lots of posts on here about how to find a good domain/hosting thing.

Good luck.

Sales are slow so far, but I haven't been up and running too long. Here's hoping things will look up !! Thanks for checking me out and letting me know you like the bags! I'll have to go and check out your stuff, too. I've been really busy or I'd have done it before. Smiley
