I use Vietnamese newsprint I find when I go to Vietnamese restaurants. There's also an Asian market and lots of Chinese restaurants that have free newspapers at the door (by the way, I live in Oklahoma City) Cheesy

exactly how do u decoupage something? i feel really dumb for asking this but being a 14 year old and not having too much time for craftster, i would LOVE to learn how to make it. =)
