Here's Pookie...I'm afraid he's caught us in the middle of moving, so he's hanging out with a lot of boxes at the moment.  This weekend should be much more exciting.

I'm doing great, Jazzy!  Permit me a moment to brag a little - I made up this swap!   Grin  I floated the idea a while ago; I actually stole it from reading about those "Flat Stanley" projects that teachers do, sending a paperdoll around the country to help their students learn about other places.

The more we talked about the idea, the more intimidated I got - lots o' people wanted to do it, and I didn't feel ready to do all teh legwork and also be in charge of helping in the case of flakers - it was just too overwhelming.  So I offered the idea up to the crafting world, and then our lovely moderator, AmericanDemockracy, took it on, and away they went!!

With some personal stuff to wrap up - not too mention a whole handful of swaps to finish - I decided not to sign up.  But now I get to enjoy exactly what I wanted to see: the creative, hilarious pictures and stories from our clever craftsters!

HAVE FUN, everybody!!!
